To request a membership, please contact me and make sure to include your desired subscription term (month, year, commercial), your paypal address to send a payment request to and your desired username. The email address you provide for this contact form will be used for your membership unless you specify otherwise.  Once your payment is received, your membership will be set up and you will receive a temporary password.   Please allow up to 12 hours to complete your membership process.  In most cases, I am available and will set your membership up a.s.a.p.

Replies will be given as soon as possible but always within 24 hours at the most.  Support hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, U.S., Monday-Friday.  Weekend hours are available but it may take longer to get back to you.
