It costs money to run this site and I do not show advertising aside from the 2 applications that I believe in and use personally. Therefore, following the site rules is necessary in order to keep it running and to allow a low fee for everyone.  I love digital design and I love it when folks like my stuff, which is why this site exists.  Therefore, please heed to the following rules for using this site:

File sharing is not allowed.   Please do not hot-link files as this is considered stealing bandwidth and is a breach of the terms of use of this site.  Anyone caught sharing files and/or hot-linking will have their account permanently banned.  Please do not share your account with anyone.

Multiple IP logins attempted over a period of time will be temporarily locked out.  Third offenses will result in a permanent ban.

Update 11/20/11

After the fourth failed login attempt (mostly due to forgotten passwords) you will be locked out for 60 minutes. If in doubt of your password, it’s best to reset it through the ‘forgot password’ link to avoid a lockout.  This security measure is to prevent bots from mass-password attempts at the admin folder, which happen on a monthly basis for this site.  (Hey WP developers:  WordPress REALLY needs to have a way to change the admin username)

Due to recent hacking activity, all activity on the site is strictly monitored.
