Refund and Renewal Policy
This applies to all subscriptions, free and paid.
Subscriptions are not auto-renewing. You will only be charged once and your subscription will automatically expire at the end of your term. If you wish to renew, contact me and let me know.
If the subscription prices change during your active subscription period, the price you paid at your initial sign-up will remain in effect for as long as you keep your subscription active. If you cancel your subscription before or at the expiration date or you let it expire without renewing, you will be required to pay the new subscription price to re-gain access to the site unless other arrangements are made beforehand.
Lifetime subscriptions are no longer offered, except upon separate agreed upon terms.
No Refund Policy
Due to the fact that these are digital files to be downloaded and can’t be “returned” so-to-speak, we treat them as if you purchased a video game or DVD, in that once it’s been opened, it can’t be returned, so we have a strict NO REFUND policy. Only Exception to the No Refund Policy:
In the event that you have technical issues with this website and cannot log in, all efforts will be made to correct any problems. If, after 24 hours, these issues still persist and you are still unable to gain access to the membership area after logging in, a full refund will be made. In order to qualify for a refund, you must contact me within 12 hours of registration and payment and your account must show that you were not able to log in and have no download activity to qualify.
If, through unforeseen issues that may arise in the future, if this site goes down and you have had your membership for less than half of the time the term allows, all efforts will be made to refund the balance of your purchase appropriately.
